About

Hi, I’m Steve.  Welcome to my blog.  This is where I post thoughts about my experiences with martial arts, training, performance and fitness.  I have a second degree back belt in Taekwondo, and so does my daughter — who I call the “Little Ninja.”  I’m also now training in MMA in the Victory Showtime program.

By day I’m a software executive at a large company in Silicon Valley.

Hey Steve, I found your blog from stumbleupon (more specifically I stumbled to your “My Little Ninja” post.) and as soon as I started reading and saw some of the pictures I knew I had to post.

I noticed the dobok your daughter was wearing looked like an ATA dobok. I also train within the ATA and I’m hoping to have my black belt by the end of August.

Anyway, I hope that you and your daughter are enjoying your Taekwondo training, and I wish you the best of luck.

    Gabe,

Thanks so much for leaving the nice note. I’m trying to test for my ATA black belt in August also. Let’s show ’em how it’s done!
